Jilli Pepper Salsa Roasted Red Potatoes recipe
Ingredients:

1 tube Jilli Pepper Salsa Mix
3 lbs Red potatoes cut in quarters
1/2 cup olive oil
Directions:
Toss the cut potatoes in the olive oil, then slowly add the mix till the potatoes are covered. Bake in over at 350 degrees till brown. Timing about 1 hour test softness with fork.
