Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce - Make some great wings with this recipe:
Texas Pete Hotter Hot Wings:
2 1/2 lbs. (12-15) Whole Chicken Wings or
(24-30) Split Wing Pieces
3 TSBP Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce
2 TSBP Butter or Margarine
Cut whole wings at joint. Discard wing tips. Place the pieces on absorbent paper towel to dry. To cook, choose one of the following methods:
DEEP-FAT FRY- 375 degress, 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
OVEN BAKE- Spread wings in single layer on sheet pan. 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until done.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter/margarine in a sauce pan, add 3 tablespoons Texas Pete Hotter Hot Sauce-stir well.
To coat, place cooked wings and blended sauce in large covered bowl. Shake gently.
To serve: use tongs/slotted spoon to place wings on plate. Serve with celery sticks and Bleu Cheese Dressing.
Ingredients: Peppers, vinegar, & salt.
