Rising Sun Pepper Farm Three Pepper Garlic Beer Dip 

Ingredients: 
2 - 8 oz. cream cheese softened 
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
1 oz. package of Hidden Valley Ranch Mix 
1/2 cup beer 
1/2 cup 3 Pepper Garlic Hot Sauce 

Directions: 
1. In a medium bowl mix grated cheese, cream cheese, and ranch mix. 
2. Stir in beer and the YUM YUM (Three Pepper Garlic Hot Sauce) 
3. Garnish with grated cheese and spring onions (Optional) 
4. Refrigerate until chilled 
5. Serve with your favorite crackers or pretzels
