Walkerswood Spicy Jamaican Jerk Marinade - Take the Work out of Jerk! "Jerking is a traditional style of barbecuing. Use to marinate meat or fish before grilling or roasting. The hot, spicy, uniquely Jamaican seasoning has been liquified for a quicker way to prepare meat. It has the same wonderful flavor as the traditional Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning. Remember to adjust the amount to your taste and let your choice of meat marinate for at least an hour before cooking. Grill, bake or roast slowly for best results."
