Major Peters' Chili

Ingredients:

2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
2 packets chili seasoning
3 cans kidney beans
1 large green pepper (chopped)
2 large onions (chopped)
1 Tbsp. Italian seasonings
1 Tbsp. Minced garlic
1 Tbsp. sweet basil
1 Tbsp. red pepper
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 liter Major Peters' Salsa Style Bloody Mary Mix
Directions:
In a skillet, brown the beef or turkey, green peppers and onions. Mix the browned ingredients in a large pot with the remainder of the ingredients. Bring to a slow boil over low to medium heat. Makes 4 to 5 quarts.
