Hit and Run Salsa

Ingredients:

3 serrano chilies
1 large ripe tomato
1/2 cup white onion, chopped
1 tsp. cilantro, minced
1/4 cup water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. Lawyer's Breath Hot Sauce
3 Tbsp. Contempt of Court Pepper Sauce
Directions:
In a food processor, chop together chilies with seeds and tomato. Add onion and cilantro until coarsely textured. Stir in oil, salt & water. Makes: 2 cups
