Dead Man's Hand Papaya & Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce - Wild Bill Hickok held this hand of cards, the infamous Aces and Eights, when he was shot dead at the poker table by Crooked Nose McCall, on August 2nd, 1876! If this sauce had been served that night at Saloon No 10, in Deadwood, South Dakota, the chances are that ole Crooked Nose would still have been holed up outback, in the luxurious three seater outhouse and not have been available to wield his weapon! Wild Bill, once again, saved by the sauce.

Ingredients; Papaya puree, onion, scotch bonnet pepper, light corn syrup, celery, carrots, rice wine vinegar, key lime juice, salt, vinegar, garlic, cilantro.
